Sorry Guys, There’s been nothing interesting to post this week :(

I’m taking a multivitamin that contains Biotin

and I don’t know if that’s the cause, but I don’t like the grater affair going on on my face. If it is the biotin, dang!! With two liters water daily?

And this is only day two.

I’m so late with this, I know, but I whipped up shea butter for the first time today. Can you believe I was without the butter for two whole months? Right when I found out that it could be whipped for a more easy to use consistency.
Now I’m really excited. I did it after watching the same tutorial from Naptural85,  then I also did a mix on my own using coconut oil, water, not too much of the whip, and a few drops of almond oil. The mix is what I’m really excited to use in my hair. Matter of fact, it’s wash day!! Let me get going.
I can’t wait to see whether my hair likes it or not. I promise you a report *wink*wink* Haha.
Runs off.

I BOUGHT ME A BLOW DRYER LAST NIGHT

• Someone please tell me what I’m doing. I was NEVER suppose to give in to the blow-out craze!

• I think I’ll keep it locked up ‘til September, the earliest.

• It’s pretty cool and light and ideal. I like it.

• I’ll have to limit myself to no more than once a month. And that still sounds too much.

• Oops :P

Guess who just got a tub of pure shea butter? After two whole darn months!!

“The good news for every dreamer is that each stage or obstacle along our journey is intended not to block our dream, but to help us break through to the fulfillment God promises.”
Here’s a book for anyone who finds them self in need of motivation at some point or another. It speaks logic, lays everything out clearly, and everyone — yes, everyone — has something in here to relate to. If you’ve got a dream that seems impossible to reach, you feel like you’ve got no dream at all, or no matter what’s going through your head, this is a recommended read.
So Good.

Thank you Kimzii for mentioning ‘Nowadays’ and you, Trudith, for mentioning “natural hair revolution”.
I can imagine students at UWI letting their hair go more; younger generation and all — it’s not difficult at all for people to influence each other. I have faulted in allowing that post to sound as though I am aware of what’s going on in the whole of Jamaica. However, in the times I have visited and the even more times I have passed through, I haven’t been lead to feel differently.
Put aside that, I was speaking based on what I have observed here where I am living. Not to say I have NEVER seen a Jamaican mistress with here hair in a twist-out (though I’m finding it difficult to recall). I’m saying based on my observations and experiences, this is what I’m lead to believe.
Nothing wrong at all in being lead to an opinion. But kudos to EVERY JAMAICAN who’s happy to wear their hair however wild they feel. Like you’ve both said, it hasn’t always been that way, and what I’ve witnessed here only confirms that. Are you going to say that their aren’t those positive remarks from individuals around there too, though?
But I’d be a serious idiot to believe that ALL Jamaicans stick to the cornrows and kinky twists.

What do you love about being natural? What do you hate about being natural? :)

Who is the anon sending me all these questions, or is it not the same person? I’m a bit uncomfortable here.
